Single invoice family packages/discounts on multiple properties in multiple locations is also available and will be quoted to suit per job.
NO SNOW? YAY!
If it snows less than 1/3 of your 15-shovels contract (5 shovels or less) you will receive a roll-over discount of 10% on your month-end invoice!

Cancellations: To cancel your monthly contract we require a minimum of 25 days notice.

We will provide our services as soon, as possible and keep our clients updated upon arrival. All prices may vary due to sizes and amounts of snow.
Invoices are sent directly after job is finished

Shovelling Monthly Contract
We will provide our services within 24 hours of snowfall, our contract clients all come first, and we will get to you as soon as possible. We will provide our service 15 times max, after 15 times you will be notified prior, and charged per time based on your quote given.
​
Invoices will be sent out at the end of every month, payments must be received by the first of every month.

WINTER SKID-STEER SERVICES
We will clear and pile up snow to your desired location. (We do offer monthly quotes upon request) Our Operators are certified and have experience from 4-10 years. Our operators are fast moving, reliable, and Provide awareness to their surroundings. We do Sub-Contract reputable and reliable company’s for some our work when we are fully booked.
-Hourly Rate of $105.00 (minimum 2 hour charge)
